Just a quick note to remind you that Beautify-LA is back! This week it’s in Pasadena until September 13th. I absolutely LOVE this event! There are way too many moments as a mother, a patient, a working mom, a stay at home mom, a wife, a single mother, when we just don’t make the time or don’t have the money. If it’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s that if mama isn’t healthy & happy, the house can’t run! We all know that whether mom is a working mom or a stay at home mom, she runs the whole ship and makes sure the ship is running. Getting a massage or get your hair cut is essential to a mom’s health. When you have more confidence & happiness with your appearance, you will be healthier. Even when I was at my sickest, simply getting my hair done or doing a little yoga, gave me a whole new lease on life. I was able to be better to my family and friends, my household ran better.
