Unless you have a fulltime nanny or older children that act as in-house babysitters, finding time to work out as a parent is super super hard! Working or Stay at Home parent…it’s just too hard to find the time or a babysitter while you spend an hour and half at the gym. Well, I’ve come up with a solution for those parents in my part of the country. I’m starting a fitness club with a personal trainer where moms and dads can come and workout in the park with their kids without any problem! Yes you can bring your kids! We have designated classes during the week for stay at home moms, stay at home dads and then working moms and dads on the weekends. You get one on one training in a small group setting for an hour and a half and then you and your babies can socialize with other parents in the park with provided snacks for an hour after. The trainer creates a personalized fitness plan with a suggested meal plan, goals and workout. Being apart of the club can also provide needed support and socialization for you and your little ones.
