Yesterday started one of the three major Los Angeles Kids Consignment Events, this weekend in Torrance. I’m sure some of you have seen this event on the news. They have a variety of items such as clothes, toys, gear. Don’t think of it as thrift shop because the items are GENTLY used and hand selected by the volunteers that work the event. Definitely worth checking out if you’re in need of new items, especially clothes. On Sunday they knock down the prices on everything that is left by 50%.
Trying to figure out how to watch the Pacquiao & Bradley fight and keep the kiddies occupied? I’ve got a great solution! The Westfield Century City Plaza houses BJ’s Brewery, Ummba Bar & Grill & Pink Taco! All great places to find great food and a great seat to watch the fight. Now what about those babies? Take advantage of the drop off service at Giggles N’ Hugs. For a reasonable price they will provide a caretaker to personal watch, feed and entertain your child while you enjoy the fight and a good beer!
Children’s Nature Institute will be hosting a fun free Kid’s & Eco Festival in the park between The La Brea Tar Pits & The LACMA. Face Painting, Live Animals, Live Music & Food Trucks… what could be more fun!
